Settings
Profile
Section titled “Profile”Update your display name and parent title (Mum, Dad, Carer, etc.) under Account > Profile.
Family settings
Section titled “Family settings”Go to Families to rename your family, manage members, or switch between families if you belong to more than one.
Inviting a co-parent
Section titled “Inviting a co-parent”Open your family and tap Invite. Enter the co-parent’s email address. They’ll receive a link to accept. Pending invitations can be revoked from the same screen.
Co-parents have full access to manage kids, tasks, goals, and pocket money. Only the billing owner can manage the subscription.
Two-factor authentication
Section titled “Two-factor authentication”Enable 2FA under Account > Security. Quiddo supports authenticator apps. Save the recovery codes somewhere safe in case you lose access to your authenticator.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Choose which push notifications you receive under Account > Notifications. Options include task completions, pocket money reminders, and goal milestones.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Manage your subscription under Account > Billing. From here you can view your plan, open the billing portal to update payment details, or transfer billing ownership to another parent in your family.
Data export
Section titled “Data export”Download a full export of your family’s transaction history from Account > Export.
Deleting your account
Section titled “Deleting your account”Account deletion is available under Account > Danger zone. This removes your login access but does not delete the family or the kids’ data. The family continues if another parent is a member.
